1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Note: Personal care items, perishable goods, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

4. Return Shipping Costs For "Change of Mind" returns (e.g., item doesn't fit, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Currently, we exclusively accept payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). This allows for a fast, secure, and direct transaction from your bank account or preferred UPI app (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm).
How long it will take to ship to me?
We ship our products directly from our global warehouses to offer you the best prices. Here is what to expect:
Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Quality check & packaging).
Shipping Time: 10–18 business days.
Total estimated delivery is usually 2–3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep!
Why "2–3 Weeks"? (The 2025 Reality)
While some "Express" lines can take 7 days, standard dropshipping to India typically involves:
Customs Clearance: This is the most unpredictable part. Packages can sit at Mumbai or Delhi ports for 3–5 days.
Last-Mile Delivery: Local couriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.) usually take 2–4 days once the package enters India.
How do i request for return or a exchange?
We’ve made our process simple and transparent. Just follow these 4 steps:
Step 1: Contact Us Send an email to [Your Email Address] or message us on WhatsApp at [Your Number} within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include:
Your Order Number.
The reason for the return/exchange.
Crucial: Clear photos or a 360-degree unboxing video (this helps us speed up the process with our suppliers).
Step 2: Approval & Instructions Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will provide you with the Return Address.
Note: Do not send the item back to the address on the shipping label (the manufacturer); it must be sent to our local inspection point.
Step 3: Ship the Item Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to ship the item via a local courier.
For Damaged/Wrong Items: We will refund your shipping cost (save your receipt!).
For Personal Preference (Size/Style): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange Once we receive and inspect the item:
Exchanges: We will ship your new item immediately at no extra cost.
Refunds: Since you paid via UPI, we will contact you to confirm your UPI ID. The refund will be credited directly to your bank account within [3-5] business days.
